It’s been a while since the BlackBerry Torch 2 (BlackBerry 9810) popped up, but we’ve received a few in the wild shots of the phone thanks to Mr. Blurrycam.  There has been a promise as well of some distinctly non-blurry goodies coming very, very soon that will show off this handset in all its glory.
As you can see, this is clearly an evaluation device, but seeing as there have been no rumors of the July launch date on AT&T being delayed, we assume this is a close to final release unit.  For those unfamiliar with this particular BlackBerry, it does have the traditional physical QWERTYkeyboard the brand is so well known for, but it’s a slider.

On Wednesday we showed you a couple of pictures starring the BlackBerry Torch 2 and more recently a new set of pictures has surfaced with the RIM-made smartphone in the camera focus.
BlackBerry Torch 2 Tech Specs (Subject to change)

·         1.2 GHz processor
·         3.17-inch TFT LCD (640 x 480)
BlackBerry Torch 2 Back (Updated)
·         768MB of RAM
·         8GB internal memory
·         MicroSD HC slot up to 32GB
·         5MP rear camera with 720P HD video recording

The new set basically pictures the Torch 2 inside-out, from all angles, front, back, side, screen as well as flipped-out to reveal the keyboard. And to make things even more interesting, the Torch 2 is running the newBlackBerry OS 7 announced at the recently held BlackBerry World Event. The Torch 2 is powered by a 1.2GHz processor and has a 3.2-inche display with 480 x 640 VGA resolution, a nice upgrade from theBlackBerry Torch.
